(レンタルタオル・シューズはありません)

※ 周りに落ちた汗は、最後にご自身のタオルなどで、拭き取ってください。スタジオの使用が雑な場合、ズンバクラスの開講が難しくなります。*Please wipe off any sweat that falls on the floor with your own towel at the end. If the studio is not used properly, it will be difficult for us to hold Zumba classes at our place.

※ ゴミはお持ち帰りください。*You can't leave your trash at the studio.
※ 必ず20時30分までにスタジオを退出されるようお願いいたします。*Please be sure to leave the studio by 8:30pm.

ラテン、ヒップホップ、世界の音楽を融合した、元気になれる振付の数々！初心者から経験者まで大歓迎。

As a seasoned performer who’s danced at festivals and events throughout Tokyo and beyond, I bring not only certified Zumba instruction but also the spirit of the stage into every session.

Whether you’re brand new to dance fitness or a seasoned Zumba enthusiast, this class is for all levels — all you need is the desire to move and have fun!

Expect an eclectic mix of Latin, hip-hop, global beats, and uplifting choreography designed to make you feel empowered, confident, and recharged by the end of the hour.

※ スタジオの床・カーテンそのほか備え付けのものを壊したり、汚された場合、修理費用の請求があります。If the studio floor, curtains or other furnishings are damaged or soiled, you will be charged for repairs.

※ 自転車を建物の前に置かないようお願いいたします。最寄りの駐輪場をご参考ください。Please do not park your bicycle in front of the building. Please refer to the nearest bicycle parking area.

※ 参加者のかたのケガなどについて、当スタジオは一歳責任を負うことができません。運動中、まわりのかたとの接触など、お気をつけください。十分に元気な時にご参加ください。The studio cannot take any responsibility for injuries sustained by participants. Please be careful of contact with others during exercise. Please participate only when you are in good health.
